Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping with Esthetics by Katy Pierce. Our returns, refunds and shipping policy is given below.


You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Once we receive your item, we will and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
